White Lady
If I have an egg white to use up, I make a White Lady.
Ingredients
- 45ml gin
- 22ml cointreau
- 22ml lemon juice
- 7ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Method

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Add ice and shake again for 15-20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled glass.
