Shirley Temple

It's traditional to use the transparent kind of ginger ale, rather than cloudy ginger beer. You can make this with 100% ginger ale, and skip the Sprite. You could also add a splash of lemon or lime juice.

Ingredients

• 100ml ginger ale
• 100ml Sprite
• 10ml grenadine
• 1 maraschino cherry

Method

1. Pour the ginger ale and Sprite into a highball glass and pour in the grenadine.

2. Add a maraschino cherry on top to serve.
