Raspberry overnight oats
I found a premix powder pack for overnight oats at the supermarket, but it was on the end of the aisle and I doubt if I'll ever see it available again. I looked at the ingredients and this is what I've come up with. It has replaced the peach overnight oats for me because it is more convenient, although the peach ones are nicer. I make this up in a big bag, and then each evening, I just scope some into a bowl with yoghurt and milk and leave it in the fridge overnight.
Ingredients
-
230g oats
-
35g chia seeds
-
10g linseeds
-
10g sunflower seeds

20g slivered almonds

20g dried raspberries
-
10g dried cranberries
-
15g dried raisins
-
2 tsp sugar
-
1 1/4 tsp vanilla sugar
-
1/2 tsp cinnamon
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
100ml milk
-
50g greek yoghurt
Method
-
Add all the dry ingredients to a large resealable bag or container. Shake well to mix.
-
Each evening, scoop 50g of the dry mix into a bowl. Add 100ml of milk and 50g of greek yoghurt. Stir well to combine.
