Lemon Drop

If I don't have what I need to make a White Lady, I make a Lemon Drop.

Ingredients

• 60ml vodka
• 22ml lemon juice
• 7ml triple sec
• 15ml simple syrup

Method

1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.

2. Strain into a chilled glass.
