I used to day dream about Aperol Spritzes when I would imagine the perfect sunny summer day, but as I grow more mature I find them to be too sweet. So these days I prefer a Campari and soda when day time drinking. I love the bitterness. I found this cocktail, with is like an evening, pre-dinner version of a Campari and soda.
Ingredients
- 45ml gin
- 30ml Cointreau
- 15ml Campari
- 22ml fresh lemon juice
Method

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled glass.
